March 2016 Report
As of March 2016, we are soon approaching the next milestone i.e. Painting. We’re still ahead of schedule. This report is structured like our last report to make it easy for you to track progress.
Here is the breakdown of the current construction progress
What have we completed?
• East & West wing OHT work is completed.
• Door jambs, touch ups, kitchen area POP and punning work is completed from 1st till 14th floor.
• Door frames in the flats fixed up to 13th floor.
• Electrical model boxes have been installed in the flats from Ground till 14th floor.
• Marking & chasing for plumbing pipes is completed from Ground till 14th floor.
• Bore packing of sanitary lines is completed from Ground till 14th floor.
• Sanitary lines have been installed in Ground till 14th floor ceiling.
• Corridor plastering work is completed from Ground till terrace.
• Staircase railing on the east & west wing is completed from Ground to the terrace floor.
• Fire staircase door-frames have been fixed from Ground till 14th floor.
• Plastering work on the east & west wing is completed from Ground to the terrace floor.
• Waterproofing of toilet areas has been completed at Ground till 14th floor.
• Screed concrete work at toilet areas & kitchen utility in the flats has been completed from Ground till 14th floor.
• Screed concrete work of balcony area has been completed from 1st till 14th floor.
• Electrical wiring, switches and distribution board work completed from 2nd till 13th floor.
• Toilet dado tile work is completed from Ground till 14th floor.
• Toilet floor tile work is completed from 1st till 13th floor.
• Bed room doors & toilet doors putty work completed till 9th floor.
• Corridor tile laying work is completed up to 13th floor.
• Screed concrete work in master bed room of the flats has been completed from 1st till 13th floor.
• Swimming pool water proofing work is completed.
• Jalli is been fixed in the balcony of individual flats up to 14th floor.
• External plastering work is completed up to terrace floor.
• North & south side compound wall work is completed.
• Basement ceiling plumbing lines work is completed.
• Fire duct wetriser work is completed.
• Plumbing duct work is completed.
• Sump tank work is completed.
• Basement VDF work is completed.
• Sub soil work in ramp area is completed.
• External primer work is completed.
• North wing staircase tile work is completed.
What is in progress?
• Bed room door & toilet doors putty work is in progress on 10th floor onwards.
• UPVC Sliding doors and windows installation work is in progress.
• Lift pit alteration work and lift shaft electrical work is in progress.
• External texture work is in progress.
• Procurement of generator is in progress.
• Landscaping work is in progress.
• Corridor putty work is in progress.
• Kitchen slab procurement work in progress.
• Internal flat putty Work is in Progress.
• Swimming pool area compound wall & landscaping work is in progress.
• Children play area block work is in progress.
