July 2015 Report

 As of July 2015, construction has reached the 14th floor slab. The photo above should serve as a simple visual progress indicator. This report is structured like our last report to make it easy for you to track progress.

Here is the breakdown of the current construction progress

What have we completed?

• 14th floor roof slab cast.
• Block work activity from Ground, 1st till 11th floor is completed.
• Customer requested changes in Block work from Ground floor till 12th floor are completed.
• Door jambs, pending touch ups and kitchen area POP and punning work from 1st till 11th floor are completed.
• Electrical model boxes for the Ground, 1st till 11th floor have been installed.
• Marking & chasing for plumbing pipes is completed from Ground, 1st till 11th floor.
• Bore packing of sanitary lines from 1st till 11th floor is completed.
• Sanitary lines in the Ground, 1st till 10th floor ceiling has been completed.
• Corridor Plastering work from 1st till 11th floor has been completed.
• The Staircase Railing on the West wing is completed from Ground floor to the 11th floor.
• The Staircase Railing on the East wing is completed from Ground floor to the 11th floor.
• Fire Staircase door – frames have been fixed on the 1st floor up to 11th Floor.
• East wing Staircase plaster work from Ground, 1st till 11th floor has been completed.
• West wing Staircase plaster work from Ground, 1st till 11th floor has been completed.
• Waterproofing of toilet areas on 1st floor till 11th floor has been completed.
• Screed concrete of toilet area on 1st floor till 10th floor has been completed.
• Screed concrete of kitchen utility on 1st floor till 10th floor has been completed.
• Toilet Dado tile works from 1st floor till 8th floor has been completed.
• Toilet Floor Tile Works from 1st floor till 6th floor has been completed.
• Flat Floor Tile Works from 1st floor till 7rd floor has been completed.
• Screed concrete works in master bed rooms on 1st & 6th floor has been completed.
• Concrete works like Sewage treatment plant, Underground sump tank, Club house & Swimming pool is completed.
• North, East & South side flats balcony jalli is fixed up to 10th floor.
• North & East side external plastering work is completed up to 10th floor.
• 13th floor extended cantilever slab ceiling Plastering is completed.
• 15 pax lift pit plastering upto 12th floor completed.
• PCC concrete work of compound wall towards south side is completed.

What is in progress?

• North Side Compound Wall Work is in progress.
• Shuttering work for staircase head room & lift machine room on Terrace floor is underway.
• Block work on 12th floor is Underway.
• Installation of electrical model boxes on the 12th Floor is underway.
• Punning work on 11th floor is in progress.
• Sanitary work on 12th floor is in progress.
• Waterproofing of North Side Balcony areas of 1st & 2nd floor is in progress.
• Screed concrete in toilet area of 11th floor is in progress.
• Screed concrete in MBR 7th floor is in progress.
• Screed concrete work in kitchen utility on 11th floor is in progress.
• Mockup doors & Kitchen Cabinet work is in progress at 2nd floor flats.
• Sub soil work in Ramp Area is in progress.
• Toilet dado tile work on 9th floor is in progress.
• Toilet floor tile work on 7th floor is in progress
• Flat floor tile work on 8th floor is in progress.
• South side compound wall shuttering work is in progress.
