December 2015 Report
As of December 2015, Block work has been completed on the 14th Floor Slab. The photo above should serve as a simple visual progress indicator. This report is structured like our last report to make it easy for you to track progress.
Here is the breakdown of the current construction progress
What have we completed?
• East & West wing OHT work is completed.
• Internal block work at Ground till terrace floor is completed.
• Door jambs, touch ups, kitchen area POP and punning work in flats completed from 1st till 12th floor.
• Door frames in the flats fixed up to 12th floor.
• Electrical model boxes in Ground, 1st till 14th floor flats have been installed.
• Marking & chasing for plumbing pipes in Ground, 1st till 14th floor is completed.
• Bore packing of sanitary lines from 1st till 14th floor is completed.
• Sanitary lines in the Ground, 1st till 14th floor ceiling have been installed.
• Corridor plastering work from Ground, 1st till terrace floor has been completed.
• Staircase railing on the east & west wing is completed from Ground to the terrace floor.
• Fire staircase door-frames have been fixed on the Ground, 1st up to 14th floor.
• East & West wing staircase plastering work from Ground, 1st till terrace floor is completed.
• Waterproofing of toilet areas at Ground, 1st till terrace floor has been completed.
• Screed concrete work of toilet area & kitchen utility in the flats has been completed from Ground, 1st till 14th floor.
• Screed concrete work of balcony area has been completed from 1st till 14th floor.
• Toilet dado tile work from Ground, 1st till 13th floor has been completed.
• Toilet floor tile work from 1st till 12th floor has been completed.
• Flat flooring milestone completed except on the ground floor.
• Bed room door & toilet doors putty work completed till 6th floor.
• Balcony floor tile works from 1st till 8th floor has been completed.
• Screed concrete work in master bed rooms of the flat has been completed from 1st till 13th floor.
• Structure ready for sewage treatment plant, underground sump tank, club house & swimming pool.
• Swimming pool water proofing work is completed.
• Jalli is been fixed in the balcony of individual flats up to 13th floor.
• External plastering work is completed up to 14th floor.
• South side compound wall work is completed.
• Basement plumbing ceiling lines work is completed.
• North side compound wall work is completed.
• Fire duct wetriser work completed.
• Plumbing duct work completed.
• Strom water tank work is been Completed.
What is in progress?
• Internal flat electrical wiring work in progress on 6th floor.
• Bed room door & toilet doors putty work is in progress on 7th floor.
• Preparation for basement PCC works is in progress.
• OHT and Terrace water proofing work is in progress.
• Sub soil work in ramp area is in progress.
• Fixing of door frame work in progress from 13th floor onwards.
• Corridor tile laying work is in progress at 11th floor.
• UPVC Sliding doors and windows Installation work is in progress.
• Lift pit alteration work is in progress.
• External primer work is in progress.
• Procurement of generator is in progress.
• Landscaping work is in progress.
