Dec 2014 Report

As of December 2014, construction has reached the 9th floor slab. Progress on site is holding at 15 days ahead of schedule. This report is structured like our last report to make it easy for you to track progress. The photo above should serve as a simple visual progress indicator.

Here is the breakdown of the current construction progress :

What have we completed?

● The slabs for the Ground, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and
9th floor have been cast.
● Block work on the Ground, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th floor is completed.
● POP punning work on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor is completed.
● Concrete work on the Sewage Treatment Pump and Underground Sump Tank
is completed.
● Electrical model boxes for the Ground, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor have
been completed.
● Plumbing works for the Toilet areas of Ground, 1st and 2nd floor
have been completed.
● Waterproofing of the sewage treatment plant area is completed.

What is in progress?

● Concrete work in club house and swimming pool is underway.
● Block work on 7th floor is in progress.
● Electrical model boxes for the 4th, 5th and 6th floor is in progress.
● Punning work on the 4th floor is in progress.
● Electrical procurement of things like switches, switch plates and
wiring is underway.
● Plumbing work at 3rd, 4th, 5th , Basement ceiling and flooring level
is in progress.
● Fire protection works in Basement ceiling is in progress.
● Procurement of aluminium doors and windows is in progress.
● Design finalization of wooden doors is in progress.
● Waterproofing of toilet areas on the Ground and 1st floor is in progress.
