March 2015 Report

 As of March 2015, construction has reached the 12th floor slab. The photo above should serve as a simple visual progress indicator. This report is structured like our last report to make it easy for you to track progress.

Here is the breakdown of the current construction progress

What have we completed?

● Block work activity from Ground, 1st till 10th floor is completed.
● Customer requested changes in Block work from Ground floor till 10th floor is completed.
● Door jambs, pending touch ups and kitchen area POP and punning work from 1st till 5th floor is completed.
● Electrical model boxes for the Ground, 1st till 7th floor have been installed.
● Marking & chasing for plumbing pipes is completed from Ground, 1st till 6th floor.
● Bore packing of sanitary lines from 1st, 2nd Till 4th floor is completed.
● Sanitary lines in the Ground, 1st till 5th floor ceiling have been completed.
● The Staircase Railing on the West wing is completed from Ground floor to the 9th floor.
● The Staircase Railing on the East wing is completed from Ground floor to the 6th floor.
● An additional Hoist to lift materials has been commissioned.
● Fire Staircase door-frames have been fixed on the 1st floor.
● Waterproofing of toilet areas of 1st & 2nd floor is completed.

What is in progress?

● Concrete work in the clubhouse and swimming pool is underway.
● Concrete work in the 13th floor is underway.
● Block work on 11th floor is Underway.
● We are installing electrical model boxes on the 9th and 10th floor.
● Punning work on the 5th & 6th floor is in progress.
● Sanitary work is underway all the way from the 6th floor to 8th floor.
● Waterproofing of toilet areas of 3rd & 4th floor is in progress.
● Screed concrete in toilet area of 1st & 2nd floor is in progress.
● Mockup door frames work is in progress in 2nd floor flat.
● Mockup tile work is in progress in 2nd floor flat.
● Mockup Cement Jali sample work is in progress.
● Fire fighting work in the basement ceiling is in progress.
● Sub soil work in the Basement is in progress.
