Feb 2015 Report
As of February 2015, construction has reached the 11th floor slab. The photo above should serve as a simple visual progress indicator. This report is structured like our last report to make it easy for you to track progress.
Here is the breakdown of the current construction progress
What have we completed?
● The slabs upto 11th Floor have been cast.
● Block work activity from Ground, 1st till 9th floor is completed.
● Customer requested changes in Block work from Ground floor till 4th floor is complete.
● Door jambs, pending touch ups and kitchen area POP and punning work from 1st till 4th floor is completed.
● Electrical model boxes for the Ground, 1st till 4th floor have been installed.
● Marking & chasing for plumbing pipes is completed from Ground, 1st till 5th floor.
● Bore packing of sanitary lines from Ground , 1st and 2nd floor is complete.
● Sanitary lines in the Ground floor ceiling have been completed.
● Staircase Railing from Ground floor till 6th floor have been completed.
● The Staircase Railing from Ground floor till 6th floor is completed.
● Bore packing of sanitary lines from Ground , 1st and 2nd floor is complete.
● An additional Hoist to lift materials has been commissioned.
● Fire Staircase door-frames have been fixed on the 1st floor.
What is in progress?
● Concrete work in the clubhouse and swimming pool is underway.
● Block work on 10th floor is in progress.
● We are installing electrical model boxes on the 5th and 6th floor.
● Punning work on the 5th floor is in progress.
● Sanitary work is underway all the way from the Ground floor to the 5th floor.
● Waterproofing of toilet areas of Ground and 1st floor is in progress.
● Mockup Cement Jali sample work is in progress.
● Fire fighting work in the basement ceiling is in progress.
● Sub soil work in the Basement is in progress.
