Nov 2014 Report

As of November 2014, construction has reached the 7th floor slab. Progress is still 15 days ahead of our scheduled date of completion. In our effort to bring you transparency and convenience, we’ve put together this construction report to help you get an idea of what’s happening at the site. The photo above should serve as a simple visual progress indicator.

Here is the breakdown of the current construction progress :

What have we completed?

● The slabs for the Ground, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th & 7th floor have been cast.
● Block work on the Ground, 1st, 2nd, & 3rd floor is completed.
● Plumbing material has been procured for the basement, ground and 1st floor.
● Ceiling POP punning work on the 2nd floor is complete.

What is in progress?

● Concrete work on the Sewage Treatment Pump, Ungerground Sump Tank & Clubhouse is underway.
● Punning work on the Ground Floor & 1st Floor is in progress.
● Electrical procurement of things like switches, switch plates and wiring is underway.
● We are currently planning the plumbing work at Ground Floor and Basement ceiling level.
● Vendor for Fire Protection works has been finalised.
● Waterproofing of the sewage treatment plant area is underway.
● Toilet tile marking in progress on the Ground & 1st floor.
● Procurement of aluminium doors and windows are in progress.
● Design finalization of wooden doors is in progress.
